Blockyard is a Roblox alternative. It is an independent website for players and creators where you can play community-made games, build your own, dress up an avatar and trade items with friends. Create an account on the Blockyard home page to get started.

What you can do on Blockyard

• Play games made by the community, in rooms you can share with friends.
• Build your own with Blockyard Studio and Lua scripting, then publish them for everyone to play. The developer hub explains how.
• Customize your avatar with hats, clothing and gear from the catalog.
• Collect and trade. Limited items can be traded with other players and resold on the market, with a price history for each one. Tix is the currency used across the site.
• Meet people. Add friends, follow creators and join groups.
• Join seasonal events such as Blocktober, with limited-time games and items.
• Use the Windows apps. Blockyard Player and Blockyard Studio are on the downloads page.

Who Blockyard is for

Blockyard is for players who want somewhere to find and play community-made games with their friends, and for creators who want a place to build, publish and trade what they make.

How Blockyard differs from Roblox

• Independent. Blockyard is its own project and its own site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Roblox Corporation (see the Disclaimer).
• Separate accounts, currency and items. You sign in with a Blockyard account. Tix and Blockyard items are not Robux or Roblox items, and nothing carries over between the two.
• Open about changes. New features and fixes are listed on the Updates & changelog page, and the System status page shows whether everything is running.
