Tix and Refund Policy

Blockyard does not sell anything for real money. There are no real-money purchases, subscriptions or payments on Blockyard, so no money is ever charged, and there is no sales tax to collect.

Tix

Tix are Blockyard’s free virtual currency. You get Tix when you join, from daily rewards, Builder’s Club daily Tix, selling items, group payouts and special events. Tix have no cash value, can’t be bought, sold, or exchanged for money, gift cards or anything outside Blockyard, and aren’t transferable except in the ways the site allows (for example sales and group payouts).

Prices

Every price is shown in Tix before you buy, and the site checks the price at the moment you buy so you never pay more than you saw. Builder’s Club memberships show their monthly Tix price and renew only if you turn on auto-renew and have enough Tix. You can downgrade or cancel at any time on the cancel page; you keep your club until the end of the paid month.

Refunds

Because purchases are made with free virtual Tix, purchases, trades, resale buys, private servers, group creation and username changes are final. Tix and items are not refunded when content is removed for breaking the rules, when an account is banned, or when you change your mind. If something went wrong because of a bug (for example you were charged twice or didn’t get an item you paid for), contact Support and we will look into it and, where appropriate, restore the Tix or item.

If real-money purchases are ever added

We will publish clear prices, taxes and a refund policy that follows consumer-protection laws before anything can be bought with real money, and ask you to agree to the updated terms.
